  Had them repair my PS4 HDMI port.. broke 3 months later.. they charged 130.. absolute joke

  Horrible receptionist wasted a hour of my day saying bring it in only for the nice tech guy to say no they don't do that

  I just used Bestech for the first time for a TV in-home repair and was very impressed. Not only was I able to get an appointment for the next day, the service technician Ken was very knowledgeable. He figured out a solution to the problem and fixed it right on the spot. He was in and out in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend this company.
