  Beautiful hotel that had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing mother/daughter get away, great rooms with balcony, fantastic pool and 2hot tubs, great pub and lounge, exceptional massage ladies, great view, EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms with everything well maintained and clean! Exceptional place to stay!

  The location was perfect, just off 97c super close to the malls and restaurants. We stayed in a room on the main level off the courtyard, it was very spacious and had everything we needed. The room didn't have a microwave, but there is one in the main eating area available 24/7. We loved the hot breakfast in the morning, and the cork flooring in our room. The front desk staff and housekeeping we very friendly and helpful.

  This was a pleasant surprise! Not that I expected this hotel to be bad but the room were huge, super clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast that was included was extensive and fresh! We had a courtyard room and I can definitely say that with the accessibility to the pool, its a great place to take kids. Will definitely have to stay here again.

  So helpful. They were trying a new system and asked everyone for patience. We thought we booked a pet friendly room but apparently didn't 😔. They worked with us to make it happen even though we had to change Rooms mid way. Rooms and location were great.

  When I arrived, the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They were helpful in determining where the best place to eat was in in area. The room was decent, pretty much exactly what I would expect from a hotel such as this. The breakfast was probably my favourite part of this hotel, they had a full breakfast with eggs and bacon and a good tasting coffee all for free. I only stayed the one night, but I would likely come back if I was in Kelowna
