  Nice location beds are good rooms modern staff is helpful and caring. Nice to be downtown in a very quite neighborhood right next to the harbor.has a outdoor pool area that is very relaxing in the morning sun

  This was about the forth time we have stayed there. Room and bathroom were very clean as usual. We had a second floor park view which still faces the inner harbour but you are lower than a "harbour view". The deck was quiet and, as there were no leaves on the trees yet, we had a "peek-a-boo view" of the water. We had a vehicle but walked downtown, to the breakwater, to the floating houses, and out for dinners. You really don't have to drive from this hotel. I still do not agree with the $12 a day parking charge. A great inner harbour hotel.

  Great stay. We thought we would be dropping off our bags at the front desk for a few hours, but the room was ready, so the ladies offered to have us check in early. Clean room, friendly staff, everybody enjoyed the provided hot breakfast. Would stay at this property again.

  The room i had was nice. 2 balconies. Decent enough sized room. The staff was very friendly. The location being near Imax building and the conference center was perfect. Would stay again.

  What a great Christmas Stay. Our room was great, and the staff as well. We were made to feel at home with Lee and the other Front End Staff. The room had all of the amenities to ensure a comfortable 4 day stay. Housekeeping did a fine job. Christmas Day we decided not to have housekeeping services as we know that during the holidays people should be with their loved ones if at all possible. The front staff was very accommodating if we ran out of something in the room. The brunch provided was excellent with lots of selection, a little crowded during peak periods but that is to be expected. The hotel is nicely situated close to all of the great magical sites that Victoria has to offer. A little expensive, but we will certainly stay with them again during our next visit. Thank you to all the staff for making our Christmas in Victoria a truly Magical Experience.
