::Where do I start Came in looking for a used suv. when I see a vehicle I liked outside I asked for a test drive, all I got was â were going home soonâ so no test drive. Then I went inside and found a nice showroom car. When asked again for a test drive they couldnât be bothered to open the doors and get the vehicle out. Would have took about 10 mins. Then when asked what the monthly payments would be or how many months itâll be over all I got was lets see if you get finance first. Othe dealers at least have a rough idea x amount per month over so many mths. Then you can decide weather to pursue or not. Then I got finance still couldnât tell me what the monthly payments were or how much I was allowed on finance. Asked for them to email the carfax on a vehicle. NOTHING. now because they canât be bothered and the way they do things itâs now messed up my credit score, it was fair to start off with itâs even worse now. Very very shady dealer, and very bad customer service. Now as my credit is screwed I might contact MUCDA I only gave them 1 star because I couldnât give negative stars. But they donât deserve the one star.

::First, their advertised vehicles online has no km stated. I sent several emails and text messages to know the km of an advertised kia soul. No one replied. I was going through Mcphillips and decided to drop by. I did meet a great sales guy though and it turns out the car was about 180 or 190,000km (he was not sure). I left! Why do they have the stated km online as 1km? Some people actually live on the other end of the city and have to make a journey to get to the dealership!

::Bought a Mazda 3 off of Larry. Price was fair and Larry was easy and friendly to deal with. Had been looking for a while with no rush to buy, staff there were not pushy but helpful with the questions I had. Wind shield needed to be replaced, as was able to get it at cost, negotiated into the price from him (passed safety with crack below the sight line.) Car was dead when I originally came to test drive it, however, the car being a manual, was not a surprise due to it sitting on the lot for a while. New battery was replaced, free of charge, no problems starting since. Larry was open about history of car (one owner, no accidents as per CarProof) and offered me to take the car to a garage to have it inspected, if I didn't trust him. Was happy with my experience at the dealership, no headaches or feeling of being cheated. Quite happy with the car; no issues thus far, runs and looks near new. Would recommend Larry, Al, and Best Buy Auto to anyone looking for a reliable used car without a headache of pushy car sales men.
