::Went to geeksquad counter to pay and ask for an information on a acer model. Flat told me to look for a blue person. All blue persons were walking around, not necessarily helping someone but whenever i asked for help they were always busy? I waited god knows how long and my patience ran out in the end The store was empty.....bad customer service all over

::The customer service and management at this store are rude, confrontational and would not take back a brand new product that another store took back without a question. Stores like this are going to put Best Buy out of business, leaving Costco and Amazon picking up the scraps. Update Jan 23 2018: This store is a total mess. Half the shelves have been empty for months, before and after Christmas, and they are missing A LOT of products you can find at other Best Buys. It feels like the store is going out of business. Update April 19 2018: I added a few photos of the continuing stock shortage. This store is still a wasteland of empty shelves. Best Buy is supposed to be the bricks and mortar store where you can take home the product you want the moment you pay for it, but half of the things I have bought at this location had to be brought in from other stores.

::I had to replace a cell phone charger and must have walked around the store 3 times trying to find the section for chargers. Finally I approached an employee to lead me in the right direction. She was extremely helpful. Took me to where the chargers were and even tried out the cord to make sure it was the right fit for my phone.

::Store clean and bright. Sometimes though I feel like the staff is in hiding other times it's like will you just go away until I make a decision! Prices are problematic when compared to online purchases. I normally only buy on sale when the price comes inline with the same product online. Their Rewards program is changing, hopefully for the better as it currently is not that great with restrictions and Rewards which are certainly does not give me an incentive to buy there. Reason Rewards points expire. Cannot accumulate to make a worthwhile purchase.

::Reserved online, got an email saying my "items have been reserved and are waiting at your chosen Best Buy location." Arrived at the Best Buy and was told I needed to wait for a phone call. They weren't even sure what DATE the item would arrive. The employee's response was "well I didn't write the email." Never shopping at Best Buy again.
