  Every time I've gone In I've been greeted immediately and directed to the exact location of the product I need. If there's a price discrepancy in the products I'm comparing that's different than MSRP I've had a price match. They have also lowered the price of extended warranties for me. Products have always arrived earlier than quoted times, usually within a few days. Overall I can't complain about a single thing. It's also extremely convenient having this store In the core instead of out In the far reaches of the suburbs or industrial areas of the city.

  Went here to buy noise cancelling headphones and had my faith in brick and mortar stores restored. I walked in and someone asked me what I was looking for which was a nice change of pace. I then browsed around for a little bit by myself. I ended up wanting some advice on different brands and models and one of the store associates was very knowledgeable and able to find me a great pair of headphones I have been using a TON over the past few weeks. If you are indecisive and wanting someone to help you out choosing anything this is the electronic store I would choose.

  Great customer service. Has free parking underground when you purchase something more than $20. I went there to get my clearplex replaced which was under warranty , the geek squad was more than happy to do the replacement. At the cash counter I asked for a parking refund and they refunded the five dollars with no questions asked even though I didn't purchase anything. They did it as a one time exception as I was not aware of the minimum purchase of $20 clause.

  One of my favorite Best Buy stores. I recently went there to get a phone upgrade and Bless in their mobile department was so helpful and kind. They worked hard to get me the best deal while keeping my current plan with Telus. I have also purchased a lot of different products from this location and they have always been knowledgeable and helpful.
