::My last three times shopping here have been problematic. Delivery dates were missed. Promises not kept and managers did not return calls that they said they would. I have two stars as they have a good selection and if you can take it and go you are fine. If they have to bring a product in from their warehouse or somewhere else... shop elsewhere. It took me about 7 weeks to get a TV I was told I could come and pick up in two days. HINT: try ordering online so you don’t have to deal with people on things like TVs.

::Was absolutely blown away by the excellent service I received from the guys in the mobile phone department! They were able to give myself and my girlfriend an great deal on the trade in of our old phones, transfer all contacts & photos to the new devices and send us out the door having a great experience. I have never been treated this well by a telus or bell store so these guys have my business in the future!

::Easily the best location in the city. The store is clean, bright, and well laid out. The staff are friendly and I've never found them to be pushy. You don't get that "commission salesman vibe" when you walk through the door like you get at some other stores... you listening The Brick? Took my son last night to get a Garmin Fitness tracker that hes been wanting. The sales rep we dealt with was very friendly and allowed us time to ensure it fit my sons wrist before ringing us through the till. We even wound up getting an extra $20 off because they had the wrong price on the shelf. The sales rep had no issues with honoring that price and before you knew it we were on our way home with a happy kid. I haven't had any bad experiences with any of the products I've purchased here. If you're going to visit a Best Buy, its worth the drive to go to this one as it definitely has a different vibe to it than other locations... Shawnessy for example... that store is just gross.

::Bought a new cable today. There was 2 on the hanger which I thought was the same product. The packaging very similar. But alas. I bought the wrong one. When I went back to exchange I discovered the one I needed was twice the price of the one I was exchanging. I was fine with that but pleasantly surprised when the exchange was easy and I was sold my new cable at the same price as the one I was exchanging. Now, that’s customer service. Thanks Best Buy.

::These guys are great! Make this Best Buy your Best Buy! The staff are knowledgeable, respectful, and awesome. People have a bad habit of blaming this store when their products go wrong, well it should be obvious that they do not make the products. What they do, is make sure that you get the best products and if something does go wrong (once again not their fault) they WILL find a way to make you happy. Just show them a little respect. I cannot say enough good things about this location. Keep it up guys!
