  Staff were A1 but the prices are such a joke, $30 for 6’ USB 2.0 extender REALLY!? Lost a customer permanently.

  Similar to previous posters, if I could negatively rate a store I would. Went from a repeat/loyal customer due to great customer service experiences 1 to 1.5 years ago to not returning. Rude and ill informed staff. Told me to go back to a different store instead of offer matching - which I thought was part of their program/model? Headed back to the other store to redeem, which was great. Extremely mind boggling why they'd turn down a large purchase and repeat customer over $50.

  My girlfriend got fired here a few days her probation was up. I remember she basically gave her life away to work here, worked on every single holiday during her employment - lost sleep over being able to be the best as she can, did her absolute best at everything regarding the job. An ignorant manager named Chris, pulled her in one day and literally just fired her out of the blue as because her supervisor did not personally like her. I find it disgusting how this happened to her, because it has taken a serious toll on her mental health. It lead to her going back to self harm and thinking about suicide. Seriously?! She was an absolute blessing to this team, and you betrayed her. Second, they never hire enough people during the holidays like legit theres times where theres ONE cashier during the peak of the holidays and the line is crazy. Almost everything is expensive there, and theyre saying they cant afford to hire more people??Come on! Not coming here again considering this company ruined my partners life. GOOD JOB BEST BUY!

  If I could rate this store negative stars I would. Bought a TV and scheduled a home delivery. Best Buy calls a few days later saying they don't have my address... even though I watched them enter it multiple times... They left a voicemail and asked me to call the store to confirm the delivery details. No big deal, right? I have tried calling at least fifteen times in the past week and NOT ONCE has anyone answered the phone. It just rings and rings. I figured I would call the Geek Squad in that store to see if they could get someone to call me back. I thought that worked as I finally reached someone. Gave the guy my information and he said the TV department manager would call me back as soon as he was done with the customer. It's been an entire day and no call back. Terrible customer service.

  This store is really good now. I find the staff to be more friendly and helpful. and they seem to be stocking more computer items which is a plus. I'm a little old school, but i prefer to see a computer and its components before i buy it.
