::If anyone ever asks me to recall a place with poor customer service...this is it. The employees generally dont seem to care - which I understand for low paying jobs - but it's probably in the companies best interest that they dont just walk away when you've asked for help. This has happened numerous times. It's also quite hard to find someone around when you need assistance. There's also usually one person on til so it seems to take forever to cash out.

::Great place get a new phone. I picked up a Pixel 2 and changed carriers and it took no time at all. Great mobile staff!

::The products and pricing are just fine here. The problem I have is standing in the middle of the store when it is relatively slow looking for a sales person to help me out. Instead I have to go and interrupt three of them sitting there chatting about their weekend instead of caring about their jobs and what they're supposed to be doing will never go back to this location again!

::I've been to this 8th street location a couple of times. Their store is nicely laid out so not very difficult to find what I'm looking for. There's always staff to greet you as soon as you walk in which is very nice. Staff seem attentive to all customers. I was trying to look for something and they came to help right away. I've had lots of questions about certain electronics and they always have the right answers for me. They price match which is great.

::Mostly clean and well laid out. Customer service is a little below par for the chain, which already suffers from the general trend of employers expecting more for less. My wife was sold a phone in a coffee stained box that they made lots of excuses for, but no effort to make her feel better about. Despite very careful enunciation of exactly what we wanted, they processed the contract wrong, necessitating a follow-up call to the service provider to remove a package that we didn't want.
