  Best Buy at Preston provides a good shopping experience with friendly and knowledgeable associates attending to customers. The products sold here are of very good quality. I've always had a good shopping experience at Best Buy, Preston.

  The Preston ave location is a joke. 2 times In a row they sold me a faulty laptop. I bought a phone there and asked to pay out my existing contract. They said it was done, later I kept getting letters and phone calls from bell (my previous provider) saying I was late with my payments... A while later I found out they didn't let me pay out my contract. Jokes on them, I got a full $150 gift card on $0 down plus he gave me an extra $60 cash for some odd reason. Never going back.

  My go to tech place. Very great staff and awesome products. They have great sales so if you don’t want to spend lots of money, you can always wait until they have sales.

  Roomy but Dark. Wide aisles make wheelchair access easy. Selection is good to the point of overwhelming in some areas. Helpful staff can be a little over-eager sometimes.

  Took around 10 minutes to realize whether or not somebody had a pulse in this establishment. Once a employee realized there was another conscious human being in the store I had a screen cover put on my apple watch and it peeled off after about two days. Don't usually complain online about these stores but felt obligated to inform. Really bad and would avoid if possible.
