  Hector was SPECTACULAR. In 15 minutes he explained tv's 2me. Had spent an entire day w/my husband at all different places & was more confused at the end than when I started. But HECTOR made the options SO clear, that I UNDERSTAND what tv I want and WHY! Thank you.

  Weak product selection and low or out of stock availability. High prices. I paid 30% less on a laptop and printer from online Canadian computer manufacturer website (HP) with free one day delivery over Xmas. Its just a matter of time before online shopping makes them history. Unremarkable Canadian retail shopping experience as with most big box stores. I purchased a TV there once and did not even get a thank you...Another friend of mine ordered one and they sold her the wrong, smaller sized screen model. Only noticed it when they set it up in her home...

  A perfectly adequate best buy. This isn't one of the newly remodeled locations but their stock levels are good and staff is friendly. I've been to this locations few time because it's pretty buy and has better stock levels that most locations.

  No different than any other Best Buy store I visited. Same layout as the one near my old place, so it was really easy to find things. Shelves were organized, I didn't need any help but it did seem it might be a bit difficult to flag down an employee. Not very many were seen on the floor. All in all satisfied with this location.
