  I am very disappointed that they don't honour their former plans, but I did have a good experience here with the manager Linda! She is very friendly and did her best to get a custom ring made for me.

  Lady didn't want to do my 6 month cleaning and inspection. She said the card is no longer valid and it would take too long to look up my purchase. Won't be back.

  Very disappointed, I had hoped when they came back into business that they would honour the life time service plan but NO they don’t.

  I have been so disappointed with Ben Moss. My husband bought my engagement ring there and bout the lifetime service plan. I have had my ring in a few times to have the stone tightened. Then Ben Moss when bankrupt and told me that my service plan was no longer valid. Now they are back in business and I have lost my paperwork with moving and they can't look up that information for me! What a JOKE!
