::Best Bell-MTS store in the city. The sales guys are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would recomend to ask for Travis he is amazing! If you need service that location is perfect as well. They got a great service center with the best manager you can ever ask for. If you need help pr info Paul is the man to see. He will spend his whole day making sure to go over all your problems amd questions. Over all its the best experience a Bell-MTS dealer can provide in the province. I would never go to any other location! Highly recommend!!!

::Verified with the rep several times that my account balance was settled with 0 owing when returning my equipment and got written confirmation from him. 2 weeks later I got a bill from mts. Call and ask another rep, he says it must've been mailed out prior to me closing my account and not to worry. Keep getting more bills mts. Called the call center and they said my services were still active (even after returning my equipment!!). Had to waste a whole day on the phone speaking with multiple reps and 2 supervisors to get the charges reversed. Ridiculously poorly managed company
