  I have a very bad experince with bell and specially the centre mall store staff is very unprofessional i bought 2 new phones casings and screen protector the guy overthere refused to put a sceeen protector on my phones he said you have to do it by your self i did try at home it did'nt work and the peotector were useless and 3 months later my cell phone was fallen down and the sceeen is broken jist bcs of bell's unprofessional staff. And when i call to customer service they just treat me like they are playing with me one said to me go to the midtown mall branch i went there nothing happend than other represent told me to go to centre mall branch i went there that was useless too sounds like they were just playing i will never recommend bell to anyone i am going to switch with sasktel or telus sooner whoever gives me a good credit so i can pay to bell whatever is left and get the new phone and good service

  Very disappointed. I went into the Bell Store at Centre Mall in Saskatoon yesterday (Sat. June 3) about 1:30. I was approached by a salesperson who asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I was looking to upgrade my phone and was considering switching to a different carrier. I am currently with SaskTel. I told the salesman I still had 4 months left in my contract and he immediately turned and walked away. I was surprised by this as I was wondering about Bell's network and plans available. If this is the attitude of their sales staff I think I'll scratch them off my list when it comes time to upgrade.

  Mike and Adam were amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They even kept the store open very late when a data transfer to one of our two new phones didn't go as planned.

  Great customer service! I was surprised by The amount of negative reviews. A gentleman by the name of Matt was quick and professional. Upgraded my girlfriends phone and he got me exactly what I wanted and he even gave me a deal.
