::Worse Bell store on the face of the planet! Sent my phone in to be repaired three months later after numerous phone calls to this store I learn they didn't even bother to phone to get my $800 phone back from the repair store so I could drive 4 hours to go pick it up because I live out of town. Zero customer service and zero consideration for their patrons. If you want to get treated like garbage then this is the store for you.

::Some of the staff seems knowledgeable, other not so much. I took my phone in to get it repaired, only to find out that they had mixed up the serial number. This forced the Bell repair center to ship it back, have them correct the serial number, and then send it back to the repair center once again. All of this has taken them 4 weeks, and it will take another 2 weeks or more for them to repair it and send it back. This process should have taken less than 3-4 weeks total, and they weren't one bit apologetic when I called them even when they knew they had made a simple, avoidable mistake on a routine procedure. Overall, some staff are nice and seem to know what they're talking about. Others seem that their just there to make a buck and do not demonstrate one bit of appreciative customer service.
