  Staff is none existant. And never enough workers. Like 20 people in the store in line and only 1 worker. If you come here bring a blanket and pillow.

  Amazing customer service, went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable sales representatives. We were a bit nervous shopping around for phones but the sales representative we had made us feel very comfortable. We left with a phone, new plan and feeling very happy. Thank you :)

  I am Binsu Wilson who studies at Confederation college. I am here to inform the cheating done by bell store in Thunder Bay. I have bought a Samsung s8 plus from bell store on 8th September 2017. I have paid 400 dollars as down payment and agreed to pay 73 dollars per month for next two years for the phone and sim. After 2 month, it got damaged and I was said to give it for repair to bell customer care. I waited 2 weeks to get my phone back. Again it got damaged within one week. Though I got frustrated I gave the phone again for 2 weeks. The same situation happened 2 more times. As the same damage was shown 4 times, the bell agreed to replace it with a new Samsung s8plus. I was happy to get the new phone. But last week I came to realize that the phone that was given by bell was a refurbished one. Its finger print sensor, Bluetooth is not working and phone signal is automatically disconnect in calling times. I called the Samsung company and made sure whether it is refurbished. Samsung company also said that they will not replace the phones. So, this refurbished phone was provided by Bell without the knowledge of Samsung. Hence, I again went to bell and asked for new phone. I said that I am paying for using new phone and not for refurbished one. But they again said me to give it for repair. Now I am really frustrated and I don’t know what should I do in this situation. I was paying money every month without any due even though I haven’t used my phone in those days. I request you to consider my complaint and please help me to get me a new phone which I think as my right

  Very good and reliable but without noticed changed my contract to not upgradeable anymore. Plan on changing provider just because of that!!!!!

  Great service at the mall today hooking up a plan with Bell. Jason was helpful, patient, and very professional. Extremely informative and great service, highly recommended!
