::Best service at a nail salon! My go-to for a pedicure as I am seated in a somewhat private, quiet space, in a massage chair (that actually works!) offered a delicious green tea to sip on, never treated roughly, and always greeted with a smile. As a bonus they don't charge for removal of old shellac if you have been going there a while. Mostly getting my nails done is horrible for me, a sensitive introvert, but they make the experience as comfortable as possible. I've had my nails done elsewhere that lasted longer than having them done here, but the experience itself is night and day (also I'm sure they'd fix any chips free of charge within a reasonable time period, if one has time for that). A pedicure takes a good hour and I want to be comfortable during that hour, something the owner has certainly taken to heart and I very much appreciate it.

::New to the area and thought I would give this place a try. I was really disappointed. Had a french shellac and the technician didn't take off all the nail polish that I had on at first. I had to ask her three times and finally had to do it myself. My nails were barely filed and not cleaned underneath so now my hair and sweater threads are getting caught in my nails. When she painted the french part, she painted my nail and the skin in front of it saying that she cleans everything up later. Of course nothing was cleaned up and I left with white nail polish all over my finger tips and all under my nails. Will not be going back. There are a few other places in the neighbourhood that I will try.
