::Went in to get the screen of my cell phone fixed. They didn’t do it correctly the first time (touch sensitivity was not working) and when I took it back the salesman was extremely rude. He finally agreed to fix it, but it was still not working correctly. Went elsewhere to get it fixed.

::No return or exchange policy in place. Very bad for customers.

::They are polite and nice people, so long as you don't mind being called "Ma'am" endlessly. I wanted to buy a replacement SIM card and had to fend off sales pitches from two of them before I achieved buying it. It shouldn't be an ordeal to buy something. I also needed a battery. I researched beforehand and found I could find a new original make battery on Amazon for just over $10, including shipping. I asked them how much they sold it for and was shocked that they wanted $60! Of course I didn't buy it for six times the price as Amazon.

::Overpriced Went in to buy a replacement battery for a thermometer. They charged me $16 for it. Stupid me, later found that it was available on Amazon for $3. Needless to say I am never going there again.
