  I previously engaged Bath Fitter to install a fitting for tub and shower which they did. Yes, it was satisfactory but the information provided before the arrival of the service guy was inadequate: the agent didn't tell me that his worker would be spewing plastic beads all over the bedroom where he was cutting the materials, even though a perfunctory attempt at covering the furniture and rug was made. When I made out the check the worker put on his winter boots and trekked over the carpet and kitchen floor leaving salt, dirt and water marks in his wake. After considerable use the faucet handle came off whereupon I tried to find a replacement from various outlets and was informed (by Rona) that they couldn't stock them as Bath Fitter was supplied exclusively by a manufacturer in China. I left a voice mail with Bath Fitter requesting the new part/installation and they simply didn't reply--this in view of their original promise that they would supply parts and service for future breakage, etc. I'm waiting to receive a positive response. Beware. The company is all too eager in its advertising and promises but indifferent on its follow-up.
