  Everything with this bank is a headache. Not the staffs fault. All their systems are outdated and the opening hours are garbage. 2 out of 3 times I walk in here with a request and they can't execute on it. My mortgage is almost up, will gladly go pay more elsewhere rather than deal with with these headaches.

  I request for a past bank statement, which i was not able to.access online. The staff was able to provide me with the documents. However they charged me 10$ for 4 pages and were not able to send it to me via.email.
