  Recently bought a car from bank Mazda in Ottawa we were overwhelmed with the amazing service and quality of there staff. They were very helpful and understanding of every single detail throughout the process. They made our 5 hour trip defiantly worth while due to the great customer service and the amazing price.   We had a great experience with Soheil. He was very friendly and tried to help us to the best of his ability. After we bought our Mazda he took the time to show us how to use the navigation and music and all the buttons. He was very courteous and helpful. He made us feel like we are part of the Mazda clubhouse. Thank you so much...it was a wonderful experience!.....Carol and Dave Miller

  Ryan Richards! What a great sales representative he is. I came all the way down from Kingston to check the car but it ended up being a really good deal. We closed and I am really excited to get my very first car. Highly recommend to deal with Ryan. He’s got what it takes :)

  Ali Said; our sales rep was super awesome. We went in with a different option in mind and he helped us with an even better/cheaper option which was more value for our money. This guy made our Mazda experience a very memorable one. Highly recommended. too bad only 5 stars available. Made a second trip to Mazda at Bank Street. Ali Said made our business trip very worth the while. Highly recommended
