::I have been a member for a 3-4 weeks now...Great place to train with an awesome and easy going environment...Everyone is very welcoming and training so far has been great!! Personally i've been doing Muay Thai for 6-7 years, boxing for 5 years and BJJ for only 1-2 months prior to joining so I've seen a lot of different styles of teaching/instructors and Balance MMA holds up and does a great job The instructors here are all top notch and the vibe of the place is very welcoming...The amount and variety of classes available to you is a huge plus and they have a free 1 week trial that allows you to try as many classes as you want no-strings attached (WIN/WIN).. The only thing is this facility is rather small but what the instructors can do with the space they have available is pretty impressive...Also, I don't think that should be much of a factor (it isn't for me) considering the caliber of instructors here and the variety of marital arts available to you. The muay thai instructors (Peter) class structure is exactly what I was looking for: a warm up consisting of skipping, followed by 20-30mins of hard body weight conditioning drills/exercises, followed by some shadowboxing then 30mins of muay thai technique instruction followed by practical application (at the level you're at and what you're comfortable with - no you won't be thrown to the wolves lol).. BJJ is pretty standard but has a great mix of students at vary levels of skill - BJJ movement and conditioning drills, followed by a technique or two in one of the positions, counters and variations to the technique followed by some rolling. I say give the place a shot, you have nothing to lose with that free trial :)

::Great place to train Jiu Jitsu. Environment of brotherhood and helping each other to learn and develop our game. Great day classes with Riccardo Carminati Galli with lots of personal attention to detail and openness to answering questions and fine tuning technique. A good balance of time spent on drilling, specifics and rolling. Clean and well kept space. Satisfied customer.

::Definitely the most inviting club I've been as well as learning environment, high level practitioners that are eager to share but also very disciplined atmosphere, great for any level experience and exceptionally well for those starting out for sport or self defense.

::I trained here a few summers ago for a few months before I had my injury (not related to MMA) Each class I got a great workout, learned something new, and had a great time. Great group of people instructors and students alike. A very clean, relaxed and welcoming environment.

::Solid place with instructors who do better than teach you how to fight. They teach you how best to train for your needs and nurture a community that’s incredibly supportive. I can’t stand gyms that just run drills. If you want more than just the basics, this is your place.
