  THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They were so unbelievably rude to my cousin. At one point, my cousin walked away as we had finished signing all the necessary paperwork and such, and the lady working there called after and in a very rude tone said "well do you want your keys?". I went in and told them I did not appreciate how rude they were to us, as we were loyal, paying customers and their attitude was completely disrespectful, and was told that I couldn't just "walk in there" and disrupt their workplace and was basically shouted at to leave. I am pretty sure as a paying customer I have every right to express if I felt disrespected. We have been using AVIS for years but now will never again.

  Make sure you reserve your rental online. DO NOT reserve it in the store, they will overcharge you. All rental packages should be offered in store, not only the most expensive ones. Significantly more expensive than Enterprise.
