  I reserved 2 weeks in advance. Bad customer service, it took over one hour until I got my car. They didn't offered any upgrade. Poorly managed pick-up location. Avoid if possible

  I picked up my car on the Family Day long weekend. I had reserved an economy car, which was not available for me and I was forced to take an SUV (which I really did not want). I received some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. This included: being ignored, being made to wait so the employee could finish texting, and being told that it was stupid to check if the car had a spare tire (who needs those right?). I do not recommend this location.

  Great pick up location. Courteous staff, good clean vehicles and store front. I misplaced an item after a trip, I called them and they completed a full followup for the item in the car and contacted their lost and found as well. Will definitely rent from them again if in the downtown area

  Great staffs and great cars. They did as what they promises. I called them just one day ahead and paid in counter(not on-line) , and they gave me everything I asked for as a picky customer. The car was ready when I got there on time, no need to wait. I strongly recommend this location for everyone.
