  Was a bit worried about renting from here after reading the reviews but I must say I had a wonderful experience. Extremely friendly helpful staff and was even given a free upgrade to basically what ever they had in the lot after we noticed the tire my reserved car had a problem. Will definitely rent from this location again!

  Always great service at a fair price, often upgraded. I find the location extremely practical because it's near métros on both the green and orange line. Also, booking online and picking up here is a breeze! Prepaid option saves me a little money and makes for a brisk pick up.

  Todo fue bien hasta que por llegar una hora y cincuenta minutos más tarde a mi destino ( alquilé el coche un día de Montreal a Nueva York) me cobraron un día más por ese retraso. No me parece justo, entiendo que debo tener un recargo pero no de un día. Mi decepción ha sido total.

  Regrese el auto sin problemas, muy amables desde que llegue, rapido y todavia me llevaron gratis a mi hotel. Excelente trabajo.
