  I booked a reservation for a vehicle, it was my only way to travel to Edmonton that day. They promised me they would stay open a little later for me to pick up the car cause they knew I would be running late. Long story short they were not opened cost me a job. And a heck of a lot of money for other means of transport the next day. I was only late 20 minutes. DO NOT DEPEND ON THERE EMPTY PROMISES.

  Charged me 600 dollars on a 180 dollar rental from Edmonton. Great thing I check my statements but Nobody answers the phones to get an answer. just go to the next counter, it's not worth these types of surprises.

  The girl at the counter was extremely rude, and refused to accept my visa as it was "not a real visa." even though it is indeed a real visa. Won't be going there again.
