The Prix Fix lunch menu was amazing. Some things are an up charge, like the salad, but it was so worth it! The Québec meat pie had the most delicate and flaky crust and the meat mixture literally melts in your mouth. The lunch offering also comes with dessert and the maple pie was legitimately the best pie I’ve ever had! It wasn’t overly sweet and the texture was divine. The light beer I chose was also great, and My mom liked the red wine she chose. Definitely stop by for the great service and living history of this place.

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere transports through time with the architecture from 1667 and 1800s. The service was exceptional considering we have many questions and our server was able to answer all our questions. Lastly, the food was flavorful and delicious. We came for a snack and ended up having a 3 course meal with a drink and tea. The whole experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the historical culture.

Prefix menu was a great value and not bad. It came with an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a glass of wine or beer. You can upgrade it for more. I enjoyed the meal and service was friendly. Great spot in the area to stop for a quick dinner after exploring.

I consider this as the best restaurant that I went during my 5-day trip in Quebec City. My friend and I ordered Grandma's treat and Trapper's treat from the Traditional Dishes section of the menu and both of them were fabulous. It is such a lovely place with great music and ambience. I would come to Quebec just to taste other menus from this place.

Amazing! Went with a party of 4 on Sunday. They have a deal before 17:45 you can get an appetizer, main, and dessert for $19.95. some of the dishes have an additional charge, but every dish we had was amazing. I had lac St. Jeans wild meat pee made with venison, bison, and elk, served with a fruit preserve and veggies. Oh my goodness!!! My friends got Neptune's shell, which was shrimp, and scallops in a white sauce with mashed potatoes on top. So good! Even the simple grilled goat cheese salad was awesome!
