  This company delivers the service you expect and rarely receive. Honest and trustworthy comments about repair. I wish I could give 6/5 they're that good.

  They are super nice people here. They are so helpful and offer the most excellent customer service. They arent trying to just make a quick buck. They do whatever they can to make needed repairs fit into my limited budget. I will not take my Filter Queen vacuum any where else. Even though my vacuum is old and a bit beat up since i bought it second hand from a neighbour, Aurora provides me with first class service and have never once made me feel like i should be embarassed or ashamed that i have an old unit. They treat me the same as someone with a new, fancy vacuum is treated. I highly recommend Aurora for all your vacuum needs and advice!
