  Tellers and account managers are very friendly and helpful! They respond promptly to emails when I have questions or request a transactions. You can also make appointments for a free Money Fit consultation if you're a member - they'll help you set up the best products and services for your financial goals. I'm amazed at how polite and calm the tellers here are given some of the random problems people come to them with. (Pro-tip: CostCo rebates are NOT cheques, you cannot deposit things like coupons or gift cards in an ATM. There's no point yelling at a teller about it :s ).

  Teller was rude and annoyed to deposit so many cheques and rolled coin.

  I usually wouldn't rate a bank. One reason I like credit unions is the customer service is usually top notch. This place did not disappoint with its service!
