::Incredibly annoyed with your staff. Went in there LOOKING at matteresses. And after telling the girl multiple times that we were only looking she kept pushing mattresses on us. Then when asking if the box spring is extra she LAUGHED IN OUR FACES. Never coming back here. Will gladly tell everyone the same.

::We ordered a sofa and loveseat. The loveseat arrived and everyday they said our couch would come in. Almost 1 month later....it did. Now a month had gone by the fabric is already wearing on a spot we don't even sit on!!. We try to set up an appointment to have someone come look but they incessantly use our home phone even after we told them 8 (yes!!!! 8 times) to call out cell since we work. Got one scheduled finally and what do they Do? Not call our cell and now we have to wait until March for someone to see our poor quality couch. Very frustrating service and we hope they redeem themselves by standing behind their product. We shall see. If they can use the right phone number too😣

::EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my purchase from Ashley Furniture. My spouse and I purchased a $7000 leather sectional from them. In the beginning everything was great , service was friendly and we were happy. We did however notice that in more than one spot in our sectional that when you would sit down on the couch you would sink into a deep space that was not meant to be there. We called Ashley furniture and notified them of the issue. They were not surprised by this problem and informed me that they often have to re-stuff this couch in particular due to the lack of quality of the stuffing that originally comes with the couch. I was pretty upset as we paid $7000 to have the best quality .. regardless I just wanted my couch to be re-stuffed and sent back to me. All of this was fine. When our sectional did arrive back from repairs I noticed as they were setting the couch back up that there was an OBVIOUS broken piece to our couch. It sounded like something inside had been broken, like wood rubbing against wood. I pointed it out immediately to the delivery guys and told them to make note of it and have someone contact me. Nobody ever called me back. I had to call them and let the know. Within a few days we had a technician come and take a look. Upon the visit the technician was at a loss and said he would need to take in the wedge piece for repairs .. ONCE AGAIN! He also told me that he was familiar with the stuffing issues of this particular couch. As soon as he left Ashley furniture called me. They gave me 2 different options .. one of which I would have to actually pay?! The other option being that I just suck it up and book yet another appointment to have the piece picked up and delivered backed to me. It takes 2 weeks to even get an appointment and another 2 weeks to have the piece delivered back to me. My spouse and I both work full time jobs and do not have time to book an entire day to have this piece delivered. When booking an appointment for a pickup or delivery you have to pick a day then 24 hours before your appointment they give you a 4 hour window of when they might be there .. as if I have time to do this again for the 3rd time now !! How frustrating. I have worked in customer service for 10 years now. I know how to talk to others in customer service and that it is not the person on the phone’s fault. They are only there to assist you. Even through my frustration I explained very politely to the girl on the phone the history of what we have been through. How new our couch was, and that nobody from Ashley furniture ever even called to apologize for all of our troubles. The girl that I spoke to on the phone had the worst attitude. She had clearly decided for herself that I was just being a pain. I tried having her see it from my point of view but she wouldn’t have any of it. I eventually asked for her name because she was out of control with her attitude. I told her that I wanted to speak to someone else , perhaps a manager. She said , “just because you don’t think that this is fair , doesn’t mean it isn’t.” I was blown away that someone in customer service would be so rude to someone who was so polite. Unbelievable. She wouldn’t let me speak to a manger.., eventually after arguing with Ashley for 20 minutes her manager contacted me. His name was Tyson and he was amazing !!!! He was shocked by how I was treated and only wanted to help. I was so relieved that someone was actually willing to listen to me. Since then he agreed to replace the entire wedge, swap it right out. Great! Then I thought well our whole couch has been restuffed and if they swap out the wedge piece completely then that wedge will need to be restuffed before it is delivered back to me. I notified that same manager who said he would call me back and he hasn’t. It’s been one week. I am currently on hold waiting to talk to someone in guest care and I’ve had time to write this ENTIRE REVIEW! It’s been 1 hour. DON’T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, SHOP ELSEWHERE!
