  My experience all started with Andrea at CLV group recommending me Arbor Village, matching my budget and location preferences. I viewed this unit, and signed the papers right away! The employees at CLV group are very accommodating and helpful. I Moved in September 1st and it's been a pleasant experience since.

  I've been living on Shillington Avenue for 2 years and the service is excellent.Maintenance 100%.You ask the superintendent something and he will do it very quickly.The rental agent is also friendly.Very nice people living there.I am having great time there and if you want to rent with CLV.Go ahead!

  Currently going through the renting process with CLV Group and it is one of the most pleasant experiences I have gone through so far. I have been working with Nick and he has been patient and very informative with every question I have had to ask regarding the buildings. I was initially looking at a different unit than the one I have applied for and when it wasn't what I was looking for, he immediately took what I was saying I was looking for and directed me to the unit I eventually went with. Very pleasant and very personable.

  I've thoroughly enjoy living here, the staff have been nothing but pleasant and the building is quiet most of the time. Definitely recommend!

  Recently rented a new unit on Shillington from CLV groop - had a pleasant overall experience. The property manager went out of her way to show me the place (I had originally booked to see another unit somewhere else). Being a new unit meant that minor things were still being updated and the whole moving in process was slightly slower than I had wanted, but nothing I didn't expect from renting a brand new unit. Nothing but good things to say, the process was smooth and they tried their best to accommodate to expedite things on my request.
