  Wow! The level of service was fantastic (especially compared to my experience with clinics in my home province Quebec). Dr. Kaushik was awesome - friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I made an appointment online and didn't have to wait long (although their website is not the most use friendly). I highly recommend this clinic.

  The virtual doctor option is great. Usually rapid service considering its downtown location.

  I have never been to a worse clinic. I had strep throat and a fever for about two weeks, and went to the clinic multiple times. Two out of the five times that I was called in, I was not able to get help because the doctor present didn't review test results, and I had to come BACK in the next day. When I asked the lady working at the desk why this was, she was rude and disrespectful. Moreover, the doctor performed a lab strep test which takes two days to come back rather than doing the five minute strep test which is equally effective. I was misdiagnosed three times before they told me what I really had. If I could give less than one star on this, I would.

  I went in with a high fever and low blood pressure, and ended up passing out in the lobby. Dr. Kaushik came to the rescue and was calm and reassuring during what was a stressful time for me. I ended up going to hospital by ambulance. When I eventually got home there was a message on my phone from Dr. Kaushik, asking how I was doing. I was very impressed with his level of care and would highly recommend any clinic he works at.
