  Everyone I've dealt with here has been more than professional. Dr. Tang, is courteous and a caring doctor. I've been here a few times and yes it does get busy, but today I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Luck I guess.

  You should be able to give a review of ZERO! Service is terrible. Don't care about the patients. Will never, ever return even if I am dying.

  Too bad you can't do a 0 star review. Showed up to get a simple tetanus shot 25 minutes before they close, no one in the waiting room and the (I use the term VERY loosely) "receptionist" just kept repeating "Registration closed an hour ago. " despite the fact that the call centre told me it wasn't a problem to show up at that time.

  I've used this clinic once when I went in to have a sprained ankle assessed. The waiting room is dirty and quite small considering the high volume of people wanting to see a primary care physician. They post wait times online / via the app but in reality you're always going to wait longer than the estimated times. Keep in mind that some doctors will not complete forms or issue sick notes but they will have it posted on the website

  For the third time i could not get a prescription renewal, because they were short staffed and only saw people with appointments. So you spend your time to go the appletree to do something very simple and they just do not care. Something that easily could be handled over the phone or by an assistant. At least that is what they do back home where I am from. It is a prescription that I have had for 20 years Why waste so much time to get something that I clearly need. Enough is enough. NO MORE APPLETREE MEDICAL. I agree with what several other reviewers write, place is not the cleanest looking, looks messy and staff often seems in hurry. But do not get angry with staff. It is always management you should blame for bad service! They set the guidelines, they decide staff hours, they hire the people working there and they alone have the responsibility for running the place. Why did I got to this place for several years? Laziness. Live 1 minute away. But no more. I will find a medical place close to work instead.
