I think these guys are trying hard. It does not always come across well, many times they are disorganized, they don't know what's going on, they don't pay attention to the customer's specific requests and questions, but it's understandable if we consider the volume of customers on a daily basis. There is one guy, I think his name is Alexander, he does an excellent job! He relates to the customer, and offers the right product. Well done!

Don’t take your I-phone to Apple if you want an honest assessment . My 2.5 year old I-phone 6 died and refused to take a charge - nothing I did, just happened out of the blue. I took it to Apple Oakridge and their “genius” supposedly ran a diagnostic and then told me it was simply broken (he couldn’t explain how it was damaged just that it would not accept a charge) and there was nothing they could do. I would have to purchase a new phone and all my data not backed up to the cloud would be lost. I asked if they couldn’t just try a new battery as I had some precious photos I really wanted off the phone. He said no. So what could I do - I bought a new phone. Then took my old irretrievably “broken” phone to a techie and he replaced the battery for $70 with a 1 year guarantee- and the phone is fine!!!! I feel that Apple took advantage of me - is this really how you treat loyal customers! You lie to them so they buy a new product? Poor service!!! Poor business model...fool me once...

This is my first post ever. To reach this "privilege" I just had to visit the famous Apple store in Oakridge. Long story short, I wanted to upgrade my phone with FIDO and discovered that this Apple store processes FIDO plans and upgrades. I called them to verify this information when the customer service failed to mention that they stop processing service providers plans 1 hour before closing. What really pissed me off is not the fact that I needlessly went there but the "too bad, so sad" attitude of the two Idroids at the door. It is totally unacceptable. Don't get me wrong, I didn't need an apology. On the other hand, I believe that the failure of the guy on the phone belongs to the store they also work for. The minimum I expect is that they show some sense of understanding, maybe some effort to make it right.

I bought my Iphone 6 Plus on the Apple website and picked it up at the Oakridge Apple Store. It was my first Apple product, so I decided to open the phone at home. I opened the box, read the instructions and saw that the first thing to do was to place my SIM Card. I tried to open the place to put the chip and I could not. It was just to put the little tool that comes together to open, but mine was locked. I was afraid to ruin the phone, which was expensive, and I took it to the store the next day for help. The Apple store staff at Oakridge was very nice, the girl who helped me tried to open it, could not and promptly changed the phone. But as I bought online, the refund would take up to 3 days, so I would have to buy another phone in the store to get out of there with another phone, even though I did not receive my refund. My credit card has a low limit, I could not buy another phone before receiving my refund, so I decided to return the phone and the cover. The Apple store staff at Oakridge was nice, but I had a bad experience with the brand and I do not know if I'll buy another device.

Had my phone randomly stop charging and went in as a walk in. Was pleasantly surprised that they fit me in in under half an hour. Had Caroline help me and she was awesome:) Quickly got me a new phone! Sadly this one had problems with the screen and I was able to go back and get help again, this time in under 20 minutes. Can't remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was extremely helpful and sweet! Great customer service and they were able to get me a second phone as soon as possible. Couldn't recommend this store more!
