  Yesterday I saw a collared lizard wasting away, near death. Very sad. Will never shop here again. They should be fined by the government for cruelty to animals.

  We have been coming here for 8 years and love the service. From our cats, to our dog and even our gecko, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful! We highly recommend them.

  I visited this shop today and saw that they keep their animals in deplorable conditions. Rodents are kept in the smallest cages I've ever seen, and social animals such as rats are being housed alone. Birds are displaying signs of psychological stress such as feather plucking, circling, and pacing. I am an experienced owner of exotic animals and volunteer at rescue organizations, and these are the worst conditions I have seen in Montreal. Several other shops in the city are more knowledgeable or opt to sell rescue animals only. PLEASE avoid supporting this shop in any way.
