  Between 11 and 1pm there is always at least 30minute wait, not enough staff. At 11:10am I booked an appointment for 11:30am ( through their site for an extra 5$); only to be told when I arrived that they would not honor my RSVP (because I booked too late?!). Learn to run a business.

  Great service from Kim! Went at lunchtime on a weekday and there was no wait. Fast well done hair cut.

  Great place for a haircut, my husban has been going for 2 years now and once you have your hairstylist you just go to the same person

  Good location, fun crowd. Barbers know what their doing but it's not the most elaborate cut I've gotten. Can be a really long wait during peek hours. All in all, good.

  Been there about 5 times and had a different hairdresser each time. I consistently had great experiences. Usually there are few people waiting in line, but the line goes fast. Considering the quality of the haircut, the price is very good.
