  Alpine Helicopters Inc. came to our rescue on our wedding day when a previously arranged helicopter company cancelled last minute. Your company saved our day by going above and beyond all levels of customer service and flew my bride and I to the top of the Lead Queen mountain for our ceremony. On the night of August 28th 2014 we received bad news. The company which agreed to fly us to our wedding ceremony cancelled the night before our wedding. The following morning (day of our wedding) I called every Helicopter company trying to make alternate arrangements – only Alpine Helicopters Inc. answered our plea for help. I contacted Paul (operator of the Golden BC Base location) at 7AM on the day of our wedding. Within an hour Paul had shuffled the Alpine Helicopters schedule to accommodate flying a helicopter from Golden to the Invermere airport to pick us up. I cannot think of another company which realized the importance of our wedding day and went to such great lengths to accommodate Julie and I. There is great customer service and then there is Alpine Helicopters – both Julie and I cannot praise and thank Paul, our amazing pilot, and the rest of the Alpine Helicopter staff enough! Without your actions our very special day would have been very different. We also recognize that Alpine Helicopters didn’t take advantage of the situation, flight charges were not inflated which showed genuine care of our situation. What you guys did for us will not be forgotten and we’ll be spreading the word. I couldn’t have asked for more. Once again, a very warm and heartfelt thank-you from Julie and I for making our special day possible.
