  Found some shoes here that I like, but the service was absolutely terrible. Very slow staff who only let me try on one shoe. Really?

  Rudest staff ever!!!! I bought a white pair of shoes which seemed decent but little did i know how uncomfortable they are just on the first wear itself. Firstly it was kept in the sale rack and the only one not discounted which you obviously get to know when you are checking out. When I came back for a return next day, the woman across the counter was so rude as if selling is all that matters and customer satisfaction does not. She had a really bad attitude it was honestly quite racist in a way! This is just tricking customers and I am highly disappointed by each and everything about Aldo!!! Dont waste your money here !!!

  Worst customer service ever, will most likely never shop at this location again. I bought a pair of aldo shoes and after 3x wearing them the zipper broke. When I went to return or exchange them the store manager told me because I didn't have the box I could not do it. What was store policy to not return them since I had purchased them from the PC store. When I went there the PC store said any store can do a return on a damaged product. This manager was being an ass just to be one. What a joke.

  Great discounts and good deals but at the expense of customer service. Friendly staff but they definitely seem overworked.

  Good selection. Great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff.
