  I went in this store today and associates didn't even say anything or just a simple hello they are more busy talking with each other. Or maybe it's because I'm not dress as nice as the other lady that came in and glad they great her but when I ask if one of the shoe there is incuding on the 50% promotion she says no rudely and didn't even show me any of the sale items. I'm also a Sales Associate so its sad that a big company like ALDO hire people that is doesn't know how to be a proper and effective Associates to customers either they are dress well or not.

  Had a mix up with the shipment of shoes for a wedding, not Aldo's fault. They were amazing with their service online and in store, and while I did not get the shoes on time, returning for a refund was very easy and an awesome experience overall

  Came here to buy a blanket scarf and some accessories! The cashier and saleslady was very helpful. She just encouraged me to buy the scarf because it's 20 percent off that day! She even gave me a new item. I would have to return though to have a toque exchanged because it has a hole in it.
