  Terrible customer service. With 3 staff at the time I went- there was one lady who had been at the cash for over 15 minutes trying to return something. I had been waiting in line for over 5-10 minutes to get store credit from a gift I had got- only to hear that I was not allowed to get store credit and that it was exchange only... and that if I can't find anything at the moment then its "too bad"... I went to another store in the Eaton Centre and I asked if I could get store credit and they said of course you can- and did it RIGHT away for me. The location I went to had terrible customer service. They kept asking each other what they could/could not do. They were not trained AT ALL. One girl was on her phone the ENTIRE time (and no it wasn't the phones they use to scan products- it was a personal phone)... Definitely does not want to make me shop at ALDO again...

  Хороший магазин, люблю такую обувь. Атмосфера дружелюбная, продавцы приветливые. Большой выбор обуви на любой вкус, цвет, размер и дизайн.
