  Staff is really rude. Customer service is completely absent, especially for the people picking up their online orders may be because they won't earn any commission from them. Really bad experience

  This store was super helpful! The asian girl that helped me there got me my store credit right away (I had a gift & gift receipt). I had previously gone to another location in Eaton Centre and they said I wasn't allowed to get store credit and HAD to do an in-store exchange or "too bad". So thank you to the girl who helped me - she also apologized on behalf of the other location.

  very comfortable shoes and the staff work very hard to find you your size. I work in suits and I only wear Aldo because of the comfort and quality.
