  Aldo has changed so much in the last 20 yrs they don't really care about the customer. All the staff cares about how they look and how much money are you spending your just a walking dollar sign!

  worst service ever. sales lady just rolled her eyes on my husband!! after asking if there is a new stock on the shoe he wanted that is on sale. the sales lady wearing high wasted pants at polo park, nov 30,2016 7:50pm VERY RUDE!

  Good quality stylish shoes for a fair price. The staff are really attentive and will offer to help find the correct fitting shoes very quickly.

  i only go here to pick up my online orders, sales person are not helpful, not a good customer service, even they have customers waiting for assistants they will just go and hide in the stock room and let you wait for 20 minutes or so, time to change you staff to have good business / income

  The manager was pushy and unpleasant. He kept bringing me shoes and sizes without giving me any time to explain what I wanted.
