  No compassion for their patient if they choose what they want to be done to their mouth. If one should want a decaying tooth removed from their mouth there's no reason they should be treated differently than one would if they emptied their pockets for practitioner to fill and seal the decay into your mouth. If you are paying for dental work do your own research, save money to fly elsewhere if you need to and seek help that is specifically there to HELP you. Not take your money and kick you out the door.
