::I wanted to thank Demetri for his level of service in dealing with our cancelled "easy-to-book" accommodations. Alberta Place Suite Hotel was extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend staying in the junior suites. Their level of service was thorough, respectful, still followed the rules but still made me feel like a valued customer. For business, I would stay here again in a heart beat. Great locale, easy access from the Yellowhead/Jasper Ave. And conveniently in the same parking lot as the Starlite Room venue. Thanks again to the great staff, and anytime I get asked where to stay in Edmonton, Alberta Place Suite Hotel will be it.

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM read the google reviews and you will see other people were scamed like us. COMPLETE GARBAGE RUDE STAFF DIRTY HOTEL ..... 1million thumbs down

::It is an old building with horrendous parking and the elevators are in desperate need of repair. They only come to "clean" the room once every three days; that's no big deal because I don't need someone to make my bed for me. However, they only left one day's worth of supplies and argued with me telling me I only need to call for what I need. I shouldn't have to call, supplies should be there ready for me to use. I was there for a business trip and my employer chose and paid for the hotel, but if I have any say, future trips to Edmonton will not include this hotel.

::We stayed at this hotel for three nights during Christmas. There were four of us: a 40-year-old couple, our teenage son, and 80 year old disabled grandfather. The only time we spent in the room was to sleep as we spent the rest of the time with relatives. The only complaints we had were minor: small bathroom, unsafe parking, and dreadful complimentary breakfast. When we left on Boxing day we felt we had gotten our money's worth. When we returned home that night, after a four-hour drive, we checked our e-mail and found we had an additional charge of $367.50 on our bill. The hotel accused us of putting a fist-sized hole in the wall and that we moved a picture from one spot to another. We knew this accusation was ludicrous! The four of us spent our last day in the hotel room watching some tv while waiting to go for our annual Boxing Day breakfast. When we left the room it was as we found it, with no holes and nothing moved. When the allegation was investigated, we were LIED to at every turn. We were accused of the damage and not allowed to defend ourselves. When we suggested it could have been the staff, the manager was adamant that it could only have been our fault. The worst part about this experience was having our characters questioned. If we had damaged the room, we would have had no problem in paying for it. No one desereves the snide way we were talked to or the way we were treated. It should come as no surprise that we strongly suggest that NO ONE ON THE PLANET SHOULD BOTHER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
