  During tax filing time, when Canadians need help the most, you can't even get through to the CRA by calling them. You can call and call, but you're just going to get busy signals. Then when you actually speak with an agent, there's a high probability you're getting the wrong information. Read the Auditor's Report on the CRA, all of this is true. They actually block your calls. Type in "CRA blocks calls" into Google, and read it for yourself.
