  Greta the rescue dog you shot and killed would like you to know that tranquilizer darts exist. This kind of trigger happy behaviour makes me wonder how much this airport really knows about safety

  The staff who work here have all been great in my experience, and it's very clean but the place has issues. They built this big new aeroport without thinking it through all the way. Now they've had to jam extra things (store and lounge) into the concourse that impede access to the bathrooms and obscure where the exit and baggage claim are. UPDATE: I was extremely disappointed in the Valet and Away service! It's only by the grace and decency of Winnipegers that cars aren't stolen out of this lot! You give them your flight schedule, and they just leave your car, unlocked - keys in the ignition sitting in a row with others in front of the airport. There wasn't even anyone outside near them to check who was waltzing in and driving off. Sure - there are security cameras, lot of good that does in a climate where people cover their faces in scarves three to six months of the year. They also had all the cars running, and it wasn't even cold. I understand if you requested that - but we sure didn't. Our flight was late - so the car could easily have been sitting there idling for 20 minutes or more, wasting gas and causing totally unnecessary pollution. The cheaper parking lot isn't even far - this service is a stupid waste.

  Airport looked like it was well kept. Service was good, except there are no real intercontinental flights from there for some reason. Other than that, it likely has other uses as well.

  I visit this airport every year, and it is always very clean and well taken care of. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful and it has to be one of my favourite airports.
