  I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews here. I've used them for quite a while and never had a problem. Always good service.

  I walked in five minutes before close and was turned away for five minutes of work. That is poor customer service if you ask me.

  Terrible service - screwed up my autoplan so it was invalid and closed early when I went to try to get it fixed. I will never go here again.

  In a nutshell: Absolutely horrible service. If you need to get anything done, please do yourself a favour and find another insurance broker. They find a multitude of reasons why not to assist you, unless of course they directly profit from it.

  Terrible customer service. Had the displeasure of dealing with a male member of staff & was made to feel as if my questions were an inconvenience. When I asked about some details on a form I was informed that the form was simple & to just read through it. Will not be asking for help from this office again. We could have just been unfortunate & happened to be dealing with a rude individual.
