  Parts 5/5 - wonderful staff! Always try to get the lowest price they can with the best part for you! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Service 3/5 - typical service department, very condescending and assumes your ignorant. And tries to pressure you into paying them to work on your bike. Sales ?/5 - I've never bought a bike from them or talked to them.

  The employees at Action are amazing!!! Special shout out to Nick who is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! He explained exactly what was wrong (in a manner that even I could understand) and fixed the problem quickly and without issue. He was so kind & helpful, I don’t think I can say enough nice things about Nick & Action. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  Nick from Action Motorcyles is an absolute hero! When I got in touch with him about brake problems I was having he went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was back on the road safely in no time at all. I really appreciate the work this guy does. If you need expert advice and a great dude, Nick is your man! Go to Action Motorcycles for all your bike needs!

  I came in with a flat front tire. They were able to fit me in and get me on my way right away. Also their stock of Klim gear is excellent. Definitely recommend.
