  Chris arrived promptly within the time if the courtesy reminder call even though he had to be rerouted to our new address. He and his partner were courteous and got right to business. They thoroughly checked all of the areas as part of the courtesy home inspection and even though it was tricky finding and accessing the main line they were able to run the camera and give it a clean bill of health:) They also provided good preventive tips and feedback for keeping everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend Chris and the Gentlemen Plumbers team to any one needing service or maintenance!

  I had an urgent plumbing issue in my rental property and had my tenants call The Gentlemen Plumbers; Jesse, from The Gentlemen Plumbers, was excellent. He is a great communicator and was very thorough in explaining the issue and the options I had for repair. The work was completed all in one long day and he was just as professional and polite at the end of the job as he was at the onset. Thank you for making a lousy situation better!

  Incredible customer service from the original phone call to the service in the house. Jesse went above and beyond to fix the issue in our house. Only found the price a little high in order to replace 2 shut-off valves... Other than that great company!

  I am very unhappy about the amount I was charged for two plumbing jobs done by The Gentleman Plumbers. I was overcharged outrageously according to the going rate for plumbing work in Calgary. I am applying to get a refund for the outrageous amounts charged, which is illegal under the Fair Trading Act. I have also filed a complaint through Consumer Services with Service Canada and will also commence an action in Small Claims Court to recover the amount unfairly charged. When I tried to get a quote for another plumbing job, I could not get a straight answer or proper quote, despite two different plumbers at my home and repeated phone calls. I was promised a written quote over and over, but never received it. The rough estimate was for $7,500. I then hired Pete the Plumber and the job was done promptly, including obtaining a permit, and the work was approved. The total cost was $1600, rather than $7500. The amount I was overcharged is: Replacing hot water tank: 3,386.20 - the charge for any hot water tank replacement iby Pete the Plumber is $995. Changing main water valve to home: 518.70 for under an hour's work. The city was available at the time the valve was repaired and I don't understand why the charge was so high. Also, I had never seen any signs of dripping from that valve until the plumber installing the hot water tank showed me. I have gone through an enormous amount of stress due to this company's charges and practices. I found Wayne, the technician, to be overbearing and dismissive. He also advised me that he had changed a wooden date keeper in my kitchen. I was shocked he would touch my belongings without my presence or permission. I realize now that I was almost in a daze when dealing with him because of his dismissive treatment of me as a senior. It appears I have been taken advantage of to a terrible extent. Online there is an article about a woman in BC who was overcharged and taken advantage of. It became a story of investigative journalism. I will do whatever I need to in order to recover the amounts I have been overcharged.

  Our experience was very good the technician was very thorough and fair. Action Auger is a great price for the prompt service. Everyone from dispatch to the tech were awesome. They worked for 5 hours on our frozen pipes and it didn't cost me my first born child. I will definitely call them in future troubles. Thanks Guys!!!!
