  Le service à la clientèle est plus que médiocre. L'agent qui répond au téléphone du service à la clientèle est arrogante et ne veut pas aider les clients. De plus, à 2 reprises j'ai fait une réservation à la gare d'Ottawa et il n'y avait pas de voiture à mon arrivée. Compagnie à éviter.

  Low quality rentals. Poor service. Has potential but not as reliable as their competition.

  Reserved a minivan from Ace through Rentalcars because we were 6 persons traveling 4 days ahead of our trip. Got a confirmation of the reservation but on the day of our trip, all they had to offer where SUVs sitting 5 persons. Lady tried to find us a minivan but was unable. Price are low but if you need a specific type of vehicle, stay clear from them as they can't be trusted unfortunately.
